Who Is Tab Trade - Launched March 2026, Here Is the Deal

The Broker — What It Is

Tab Trade launched in Q1 2026. CFD broker incorporated in Saint Lucia, under the FSRA. The person who started it is Benjamin Boulter. Previously, he was a senior exec at BlackBull Markets, a FMA-regulated broker.

His background matters. It suggests the person running this knows how a proper broker operates. Does not guarantee anything. But more reassuring than someone with no brokerage experience.

The broker opened with execution through Equinix servers. Same facilities banks and hedge funds use. The typical new launch focuses on ads and sign-up promos. TabTrade did the opposite. Not the typical playbook.

What you can trade: FX, stock indices, gold, silver, commodities, stock CFDs, cryptocurrencies, ETFs. Over 1,000 instruments. For a platform that launched in March 2026, that coverage is not narrow.

Platforms

You get: MT5, cTrader, and a WebTrader. Two major platforms from the same login. Many only give you one or the other. Having both is useful. Pick what suits your style.

MT5 is what most people know. Full charting, automated trading, tons of scripts and indicators. If you have used MT4 or MT5 before, you know exactly what you are getting.

cTrader by Spotware is the alternative. Cleaner order book. Smoother chart interaction. cBot support. A lot of traders prefer it after comparing.

Direct FIX connectivity is offered for algo traders but is only on the VIP account ($25k minimum). TradingView charting is said to be in the works. That would be a good addition once it is live.

What You Pay

Three tiers: Standard, Edge, VIP.

Standard account. 1.0 pip spreads. Commission-free. Simple. No minimum deposit. Suits beginners.

Edge account. Interbank-style spreads from 0.0 pips on average. Commission of $3.50 each way. What you actually pay: raw spread plus $7 per full lot. On majors, the raw spread is often a fraction of a pip. Meaning your actual cost per trade can sit below 0.5 pips. That is hard to beat for a broker with $0 to start. Most platforms that have spreads this tight want $500 or more to open. This broker does not.

VIP. $25,000 deposit required. FIX API, faster fills, negotiated fees. Not for the average person. Do not worry about it unless you run serious volume.

How Fast Are the Fills

The speed is where Tab Trade stands apart. Equinix data centres. Sub-30ms execution on Edge. Under 20ms on VIP. That is proper execution targets. The average platform operate at 100ms to 300ms.

Does it matter? For short-term trading, yes. The difference between fast execution and sluggish execution is catching the move or missing it. If you trade higher timeframes, you probably will not feel it. The point is the setup is serious. That signals something about priorities.

Combine that execution speed with the Edge account pricing and what you get holds up. Few brokers with no minimum deposit run Equinix connectivity.

Regulation

This is the part you need to be straight about. The broker is under the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Saint Lucia. That is outside tier-1 jurisdiction. No ASIC. No government-backed safety net. If the lack of tier-1 regulation makes you uncomfortable, this broker is not for you. Plenty of FCA-regulated options out there.

But. Benjamin Boulter spent years at BlackBull Markets, a tier-1 regulated broker. The Equinix infrastructure costs real money. Dodgy operations do not pay for Equinix connectivity. That does not replace tier-1 regulation. It does factor into your decision.

The trade-off: you trade regulatory safety. In exchange: high leverage, raw pricing from 0.0 pips, no minimum deposit, fast fills. Whether that is worth it is your call.

Welcome Offer

TabTrade has bonus funds of up to $2,000. Usual welcome offer. You deposit, the broker credit extra capital. Standard terms apply: minimum lots traded before the bonus becomes withdrawable. Review the fine print before you deposit.

The complete breakdown, covering regulation, withdrawals, pricing, and the get more infocheck here bonus terms, is at Trade The Day.
